In 2006, Magda took a trip with her family
to the country of Panama, which not only bolstered her already
deep appreciation for Latin America, but changed the way
she observed things behind the camera lens:
"Panama has delighted me with the richness of the colors,
the nature, the animals, the character of the people, and
the sea. As a photographer I usually try to go deeper into
the nature of things but over there the nature is on the
surface. I’d like for you to experience some of the
warmth and magic of this country through these images."
