Editor's Note:
I first learned of Annie Yu's work at the San Francisco
Zine Festival in 2005, where she was showcasing her self-published
zine series Nonsensical. Now in its 8th issue,
Nonsensical is not only a thoughtful depiction
of a young woman's adventures, but a rich and vibrant
assortment of found images, clip art and text, and intricate
design made to xerographic perfection. This exhibit provides
just a glimpse of Annie's collage art.
